Stole €1000 from my credit card TWICE, so €2000 total. Before I went they took €1000, even though I opted to pay when arriving. As soon as they did this I cancelled it and they never refunded the money. In FEBRUARY one morning I get a message from the bank saying another €1000 had been taken from my account from this place even though I had never stayed there. Thieves, scammers, call them what you will. Hotel doesn’t answer emails or phone calls. Disgraceful. NEVER GO HERE.

Despite this, the hotel withdrew money from my bank account. Thanks to the blanket work of the booking team in December, the issue was resolved. The funds were returned. And what a surprise: in April, six months after the booking with me, the amount was written off again... the hotel ignored my calls, the booking accepted my complaint, I hope you will help me. I managed to find the owner's registration details, find him on social networks.

The hotel has taken my funds.

Don't contact this hotel! In October 2019 I booked this hotel (to January 2020) with a free cancellation (and no prepayment), then canceled within the specified period. I was written off the full amount and refused to return the money! I only managed to return it through booking. Then in April they wrote off the full amount of the booking from me again, which didn't happen until January (i.e. 3 months ago!) It's terrible to write off money for a cancelled free booking. Now I try to get my money back again.

The scammers

This hotel took 160€ from my credit card for a charge that I had paid on cash before I left!
We stayed in the new town hotel for a weekend in March. When we arrived at 3 in the afternoon the door was locked and the manager eventually let us in begrudgingly and showed us to a dark tiny room. We upgraded and the new room was fine. There was no restaurant and prepaid breakfast was in another restaurant up the street which didn’t open until 12 midday. Our room was not cleaned for the four days we weee there and after departure the manager stole 160€ from my account.

Disgraceful! Do not stay here

It started with the fact that, despite the stipulation of payment at the time of entry, the money was immediately withdrawn from the card. But the surprises were ahead. When we arrived at the hotel, the door was closed and no one answered the phone number. After waiting for half an hour, I had to go look for a new hotel. I wrote a complaint to the booking. Large correspondence. I handed over checks. The money was not returned and they refused to do so. And the card I trusted the booker, not the hotel. I can guess, scammers. Don't get caught on their bait! Read reviews on Google Maps.

I paid money and I couldn 't live.

The hotel provided information that prepayment is not required and can be paid when settled. At the same time, the full amount was written off from the card the next day after booking. Also on the website was information that there is a free cancellation of the booking before 14 days before the intended entry with the return of all funds within 11-15 days. I cancelled the booking a month before the entry, the booking sent a confirmation of cancellation of the booking with the promise that if the payment was written off it will be returned soon.

Negative experience with the hotel

The hotel is located outside the old town and does not look very attractive from the outside, everything in the room is very modern and very clean. The room was very spacious and the surroundings are very quiet. You can only get to the hotel with an access card. You can only walk to the old town in about 10 minutes. The reception is not always occupied, but you can call and reach someone at any time. The hotel itself does not offer breakfast, if you book breakfast you will get a voucher for a nearby cafe. In the cafe you will get a drink and a bakery of your choice for the voucher. The distance from the hotel to the cafe is about 300 meters.

Class hotel outside the old town

The booking was scheduled for 08.11.2019-11.11.2019. The number was booked not booking, the booking number was 3001703119. Immediately after booking the hotel blocked the entire amount, a week later the money was written off from the card. The calls and inquiries were not answered, there was no answer from the hotel via booking too, there were at least 5 inquiries. Today 05.11.2019 came a notification from booking that the hotel wants to block the amount in one night, that is, to withdraw the money over the entire amount that was previously booked, after which I canceled the booking because I had the right to cancel free, sent a request to the mail about the wrongful hotel.

Big-headed deception and customer ignorance

Hotelmanager burst and threw keys on the floor and screamed as we questioned our breakfast.When we arrived I asked if we booked breakfast. He said breakfast was served at a cafe nearby and gave us directions there. The second day at breakfast they asked for a business card from the hotel and said that otherwise we will pay, they called the hotel. We paid for both days and picked it up at the hotel when we came back.
He got so mad and told us to swim back to Scandinavia and threw my husband out and patted him on the hand! Shortly after, we received an email from Booking that he cancelled us as a NoShow-custumer so we cannot leave a review on Booking! Have never experienced anything like it!

He cancelled our stay on Booking after we checked out so we cant give him a bad review!

I was supposed to visit Vilnius with my husband from 20 to 21 July 2019 and settle in this hotel, but Lithuanian customs packed our car (relationship to Ukraine).
