IIt‘s a bed „without“ breakfast and the central heating is not working most of the time (you can use the aircon to warm the room though). Besides that iit‘s a nice place. The bathroom is brand new and spacious, rooms are practical and clean, WiFi is working, the location is perfect, central but in a quiet side street, and the self-check-in-instructions are smart and easy to understand. 

Good but not perfect

The b&b is in a nice and quite area, just 3 mins walking from metro station and big supermarket and 35 lovely minutes of walk along the Amstel river to Dam Square. The room is on 3rd floor and the stairs were very steep but luckily the room is very well furnished so we could have breakfast before leaving in the morning. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. 

Big bright room with ensuite bathroom and all comforts

We spent a weekend in Amsterdam and stayed two nights in this nice bed & breakfast. It's a comfortable place in a quiet neighbourhood. Host Willemien was very helpful and made perfect directions for the self check-in at Friday night. Willemien also checked with us at Saturday if needed anything. But everything we needed was accounted for. We would definitely recommend this place!

Comfortable stay

This room is really nice and near by the city. We always walked between the city and the room! Also, it was really silent for sleep! Great!
My friend and me liked it very much! Maybe, we will come back!

Nice room in Amsterdam

We stayed in Bij-de-Amstel ffor 3 nights and we were very satisfied! Central Amsterdam was in walking distance but the area was still very calm. The room is big and we felt very welcomed by your hostess!

Perfect place in Amsterdam

We loved our stay. The host was lovely and was fine with a late check in of midnight. The room was so clean and tidy. The bed was big and comfortable. The entry to the metro was a 2 minute walk. There is a gym across the road and shops, cafes and coffee shops close by 

Absolutely loved our stay

The studio is nice but not easy to access (very narrow and steep stairs) the neighborhood is very quiet and 2 minutes walk from the subway and a supermarket! the accommodation is big enough for two but for the cleanliness: little better! the person who hosts you is very friendly!

Correct

Three nights in Amsterdam with a four-year-old boy...we deliberately avoided the centre and we got stuck with this bed & kitchen! In 5 minutes and 20 minutes of pleasant walk along the Amstel you are in the centre...or better yet renting a bike!! The courtesy but defiled owner! Cleanliness and comfort! If we return to Amsterdam we will return here

That's great!

Located near the subway but outside the center, the owner saw luckily at first then disappeared, wifi not working despite demand and urgency, premises not particularly clean, quality ratio price not satisfactory

We didn't get along.

We stayed there for three nights at the end of April, the exchange was very nice and we were able to enjoy Kinsdays, their national holiday.
