Kind and polite staff always willing to help and solve any doubt; once I came everything was as it’s shown on the pictures and had no problems with the stay; the location is perfect since it’s in one of the most emblematic neighborhoods, accessible to pretty much everything.

The hostel is dirty. The staff is terribly rude. The people who host it are dirty and the cleaning never happens. They stole me a loader and a travel cushion. The sheets are stinky. They charge you for your stay in cash even though you pay for it online. It's a real hostel garbage. They never stay there.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO. They cancelled my booking randomly. Terrible experience. Do not recommend. Incredibly unprofessional. Would recommend it for absolutely no one. Save yourself the trouble and find something else. 

DO NOT. SEARCH FOR SOMETHING ELSE

I stayed in the 14 bed room and it stank. The room is way too small to host 14 people, there is a foul odour in the corridors which comes from the bedrooms. There are no lockers, but the staff do have a room where they can keep your belongings near the reception and number your bag and give you the ticket for when you collect.  Thankfully, the room I stayed in had a working window as I had previously seen in reviews people sharing there wasn’t one. There is a can of air freshener in every bathroom which is a godsend if you’re staying as you’ll want to spray it all over the room! The location of the hostel is perfect, opposite a nice park and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff do provide coffee and tea in the kitchen every morning. Finally, there is only one bathroom in each room, where the shower is also located, so it can be a competition trying to get ready and get out in the morning as everyone is wanting to use it at once! 

If you have a weak sense of smell then this is your place!

The most disgusting and disappointing hostel I have ever stayed in. Would not recommend to anyone, not even travellers on a budget. We stayed here on the last few nights of our 2 months travelling and this was by far the worst hostel we have seen, terrible way to end our holiday. Sheets were unclean and stained, window in room was broken, heating was extremely hot at night it was unbearable, no room for luggage or even a locker, too many people crammed into tiny rooms that smelt terrible, bathrooms were not cleaned and were unacceptable. Staff are aware of issues but no one seems to care enough to do anything. Pathetic excuse for a hostel.

Most Disgusting Hostel Ever

The price comparable to that of luxury hostels leaves a lot of bitterness once you see that the rooms suck. The space is small and dirty. There are not even cabinets to put your stuff in the event that the room is shared with strangers which, being a hostel, is more than likely. The beds are rubbery and supported by iron poles and cardboard that has easily cracked making it easy to find those sleeping under pieces of compensated in the mattress. Do you want to open the windows? Try it out as they are locked by three-seat castle beds used only in the extermination camps. No more than one night.

Fresh fruit and vegetables

Do not stay here. They told me that I had booked two beds and made me pay for both, even though I had only booked one. A 28-euro night turned into a 73-euro night. Absolute nightmare, ruined my weekend. Don't let them take your money.

Got Scammed for €45

I would like to know why you are evicting your guests from the hotel without explanation?  before this incident, I only asked my roommate not to smoke in the room, use headphones instead of watching movies on the tablet at full volume, and politely asked me to turn off the lights at 12 noon for the night.  after this my request, the hotel manager evicted
  at the Sarfati Hotel, at Sarfatipark 58, February 2, 3 and 4, 2022, an unpleasant incident occurred to me.  I rented a seat in room 22, seat 9. Another woman lived in the room.  on the night of February 2-3, and also from February 1-2, 2022, this lady smoked right in the room, going out to the balcony located in the room, I had a headache from the smell of tobacco.  The lady also turned on movies loudly on her tablet without using individual headphones.  this happened for two days and two nights, also the lady did not turn off the light at night and drank energy drinks in the room all day long.  all this bothered me, prevented me from resting, and also had a negative effect on my health.  I complained about this to the hotel employee on the night of 02/02/2022 to 02/03/2022.  on the night of 02/03/2022 and on the morning of 02/04/2022, the hotel employee did not accept payment for the hotel from me, referring to the fact that the hotel manager ordered me to be evicted.  I asked this hotel manager to contact me but was denied even an explanation of my eviction and a connection with the manager or owner of the establishment.  I ask you to look into the situation and check the rules of staying at the hotel, as well as explain why visitors can smoke right in the room.  I would also like to know why I didn't receive my payment receipt when paying with cash in the sleep room.

Complain

We booked for one night online. We were confirmed to be registered on the spot and then asked to pay back in cash saying we'd be refunded within a week. We didn't get anything. I called several times and the boss was never there. I sent several emails. It's been three months and we still haven't received anything, no money, no apology, no response.

Thieves!

Booked 5 days, cancelled the next day because I realized I made a mistake. Lost my deposit of 17 euros, and was charged for the whole stay. I called, they said to send an email. I did sent the email, to which it was ignored. I called again to un-cancel the booking. They told me to send an email again, which I did, but still no repsonse. They basically robbed me 80 euros and should be ashamed. Horrible service. Avoid at all cost.
