Hotel Ligo Morskaya is located in an old park, 20 meters from the sea. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel is the first coastline, park, city promenade, bus station, shops, cafes, as well as the city center.
The park houses the main three-story building of the hotel - a monument of architecture of the early twentieth century, a cafe building, and a line of rooms along the sea.
