There's a cooler on the floor, but there's no water, and the booking is confusing. I couldn't get coffee for breakfast because the guy who cooked it was gone. Breakfast is until 9:00, but it's all cold by 8:20. It's not nice to eat cold sausages and eggs. You could at least put a microwave.

It could have been better.

We stayed at this hotel as a family when we arrived at the All-Russian Cup of the Golden Ring for Kendo (Japanese sword-fighting). It was very pleasant when at a rather late hour the issue of our accommodation was resolved, which required some effort from the staff (an employee at the reception called other tourists and agreed on the number of guests). As a result, we stayed in an excellent family room, where everything was amazed by its cleanliness and freshness. Good and comfortable beds were supplemented by a great shower room with a hydromass. We had a delicious breakfast.

Travels

Very decent place, clean, cozy, friendly staff, everything in the room, the hot water doesn't go right away, but there is, in principle, the only minus-breakfast strictly from 7:00 to 9:00, we arrived at 8:50 and everything was already cleared, so we ended up without breakfast, although it was included in the price.

Not a bad hotel.

I was staying in room 18, clean in the room, the laundry is clean, the bed is clean, the bed is double. The administrator is trying to make the most of the guest's comfortable rest!

Everything worked out, except the mattress.

I was staying in a three-bedroom. Sorry I was late reading the reviews - it's true. I only have 2 requirements for a hotel with this price category: it should be clean and tidy. It was a stretch - clean laundry, but in holes. The shower room - in the news, the mat on the floor is dirty. The carpet cover is old and stained.

It's very budgetary.

The navigator was found without problems. The entrance to the building and the parking lot were not cleaned from the snow. They settled quickly. The fee is only cash. The room is small and clean. The rosette is one (it's good that they took a triple). The mattress is uncomfortable. There is tea and cups, but no teapot. There is no cabinet, only a hanger-walk. The water in the shower cannot be regulated, it's cold, it's boiling. The panties are cold and smell bad, one of them had a large hole (it's better to take your own).

Cheap and angry.

The hotel is located in a residential area, with a bad entrance, there are no indicators, we had to walk, see what the hotel really is, and then drive. We settled quickly, the room is old, but clean. Breakfast, first of all, is until 9 a.m., second of all, it's not very pleasant. I'm sure you can make everything more pleasant if you put a little effort on staff. There's no steel.

Breakfast is no good.

The shower cabin was covered with limestone and looked pathetic in general. The television did not work. The question How to turn it on? was answered And it's not like that everywhere. The room was very hot. The windows open, but it's not possible to record them - you had to use a stool. The condition of the room is not the freshest, but it was quite enough, and in the hotel as a whole.

I'll be honest, I've seen a lot of hotels, hotels and hostels, and in Art, it's not bad compared to the average Golden Ring hotel: it's clean, cozy, the staff is welcoming.
