We stayed here for 5 nights recently and overall had a good stay. Our flight was delayed so they arranged for a taxi to collect us at the airport so that we could check in before 9:30pm (after that time you have to pay a fee). We were met promptly at the apartment and checked in. The communication was very good and really helpful. 

The apartment itself is very nice, we had one with a terrace. Facilities pretty good and bed comfortable. Nice touches like leaving a small pack of cleaning things in the kitchen which was really useful so we could wash up, put the dishwasher on etc. Amenities in the local area were good. 

A few downsides and the reasons I didn’t score 5 are: 

- No information on the local area in the apartment 
- Neighbours were noisy at times so not always peaceful
- Chairs on terrace very uncomfortable 
- Hairdryer not good, kept cutting out 

Our experience here was good, we had a great stay despite a few little niggles and would definitely stay again. 

Blavis restaurant about 10 mins walk away was absolutely amazing - well worth a visit but you need a reservation. 



Nice place to stay

I booked this apartment by booking, a pleasant surprise. We stayed for three days and I have to say we were really good. A very large apartment, with all the comforts, from the dishwasher, the oven to the microwave, the washing machine, really exceptional. Excellent cleanliness. Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Gracia, with the subway a 5-minute walk, really very comfortable to walk around Barcelona in a few days. Super positive experience.

It's a great stay.

We had a great 5 night stay in Barcelona.  The apartment is close to the metro station and the Guell Park too. The bus stop to the downtown or to the beach is right by the building’s entrance.   There is a grocery store 3 min walk from the building.  The apartment is clean, big, with all amenities; A/C in both living and bedroom.  The check in/out process was smooth.  I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Lovely stay in Barcelona!

We stayed in apartments with 1 bedroom (bedroom+kitchen-guest room) during a New Year's trip with the children. The apartment is a little shallow (destroyed on the walls), but everything else is great. What was important to us and can be useful to other vacationers: 1. There is an elevator, besides the entrance to the house is locked to the key. We kept the wheelchair and ran down, and used the elevator with a small child.

It's a great family vacation.

This Hotel is true to its description given as well as the pictures. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will get. Which is fantastic. A very clean and newly done apartment. A spacious bathroom which is new and very clean. Lovely bedroom. comfortable bed. Large living and dining area. I must mention that the pantry had salt , pepper and some cooking oil. which we were very thankful for as some apartments have nothing. The apartment has everything you need. The location is great too. Just a short walk to the metro. There are many mini markets to get your groceries from. 
The lift was very helpful.

The communication from the property was very good. Dan whom we wrote to responded fast and with all the information we need. We arrived early and was able to leave our luggage and roam about until the room was ready around 1 pm. 
Dan met us when we checked in to the room. Gave us so much information on Barcelona and what to see and where to go etc which came in very handy. He had very practical advice. 

Even when leaving Barcelona to the airport we asked Dan and the wonderful lady who were communicating with us to arrange a cab at 5 in the morning. Everything was arranged. 
If we are ever in Barcelona again we will definitely stay at Weflating Park Guell.

Just Perfect

The apartment is really modern, clean and well equipped. There is nothing missing: refrigerator with freezer, microwave, classic oven, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine. Lovely terrace for breakfast. Like home. The guy who welcomed us was really kind and open-minded. He hit us out for courtesy. I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to spend a lot, because it's a little lower than average because of the location a little far from the center. We moved very well by metro and it's two steps from a supermarket to shop.

A pleasant and comfortable stay

It is located 10 minutes' walk from a metro station that leads directly to the centre of Barcelona. The apartment is clean, well equipped (toilet linens, shower gel, toilet paper, dishwasher, sewer...) Recommended if you want to stay calm.

It's the perfect place.

Enjoyed our stay here and walkable to Park Guell. Close to metro and bus stop opposite. Everything we needed for a few days away. Comfortable bed and sofabed.          
Would stay again as good communication using Whatsapp as well.

Conversely: The place is poor in relation to the price. It's cold in January and there was no blanket to sleep in, there was no window in the bathroom (located in the basement along with the bedroom, the 'bunker'), only two bath towels per head for me and my boyfriend. One micro towel for the kitchen, we've been there for 10 days, it's impossible to do it like this. It's true that there's the washing machine but there's no detergent to carry the washing machine. There's the dishwasher but only two tablets, air conditioners but they looked like big fans that don't heat up too much.

There is better in Barcelona!

Family travel, 2 adults and 2 boys (10,14 years old). Excellent location in the middle between 2 metro stops (Vallarca and Lesseps). Very clean apartment (not perfectly) We stayed in a bi-local, a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, without balconies. New kitchen and offers many amenities such as microwave oven, refrigerator, fridge, oven, water heater, toaster. +++ oil, salt, pepper present in the apartment+++ Bathroom with shower, shower and bathroom, soap present. Elevator. Wifiant GRATIS Varizzi and supermarkets in the neighborhood. We could leave the bags in custody on the day of departure, the owners were available and kind!
