A spacious and comfortable room, a spacious bathroom, a comfortable bed, an excellent location, next to the historic center, a well-preserved building, we liked.

Very well.

The hotel itself is well maintained, the people there are very friendly and helpful, I did not sleep well because the pillow was very nice to my taste and the subject of cleaning was quite scarce: when we arrived there was hair on the bathroom floor, the shower was great and you were refurbished every morning, the quality-price ratio was great, the village is very nice and the blue zone in August is free.

Travel through time.

It is located in the old town of Bergara, the breakfasts that prepare very rich, like at home.The furniture is very nice and warm.It fits with the housing that has been converted into a hotel.A reasonable price.

Hotel acogedir, rustic, very well served

The hotel is located in a well-preserved historic building, located in a pedestrian zone. Unaffordable by car, in August it is also difficult to park at 5/600 meters. It has no elevator, the rooms are clean and quite spacious. The staff (at least with us) do not speak English.

Under the expectations

Arriving by chance to get off the highway on this rainy night, I found this charming family hotel thanks to TripAdvisor. The owner welcomed me kindly, it's true that I speak Spanish. I love the decoration, the old terraces and stairs, the carpets that give a warm atmosphere. The room on the 3rd floor (sports restaurant) was comfortable and quiet. A good breakfast, all for a small price. All the rooms are decorated with paintings, very good bill, all painted by the owner, an excellent amateur.

Lovely house in the heart of the city

Small family-run hotel in the center. Very spacious and quiet rooms. The whole structure is very clean, friendly and available. The hotel's parking is separate, not very far away.

Very clean hotel with large rooms, super recommended

It's a 2-star hotel for 55 euros a night. Pros: - Very friendly and elegant owners. - Very good location (in the plaza de los bares in the center of the village). - Old house with charm with rustic furniture. - Camas y almohadas confortables. - Wifi is fine even if it was once hung. - Contras: - Se hears absolutely everything at being an old house with wooden floors and old doors and entrance smells. - There's a door adjacent to the other room and there's a lot of light coming in from all places. - The desaggs look bad. - No elevator (normal al serona). - For 2 stars and in a non-tourist town, something expensive. - No teas, no limes, and instead of just a few. We also move cheap slippers and sneakers. - There's a lot of ice cream in there. - There's even a five-minute parking space. - There's no parking space for all of us.

 Lights and shadows

lots of places spend big on creating a patina. This place has it for real. It's charming, centrally located, comfortable, friendly, and has great showers. The owner will open the door late at night in his dressing gown. It's that kind of place. Highly recommended.

Retro chic. 

A warm and welcoming atmosphere. Very friendly guests. Familial treatment, in the good sense. Spacious rooms and good breakfast (the generous natural orange juice, the best). Powerful heating, well-heated rooms. Good value for money.

How to live at home.

The hotel is developed in a dated structure, which retains a certain charm of past times: you will really feel yourself going back in time thanks to the wallpaper of the 1970s, the crumbling, tilted wooden floor, unreliable bed structures, now worn mattresses. All these features were predictable thanks to previous images and reviews. What really disappointed me is the low cleaning of the room: other people's hair on abat-jour, between sheets, moving dust, on the floor and in the carpets that during our stay is never removed. The staff was very nice but the cleanliness is totally to be reviewed.
