We decided to come back here, despite my desire to visit more things, because the appeal was stronger than anywhere else. Minorca is the Eden within each of us that the city and the frenzy of daily life unfortunately suppress. It is necessary to return to remember how little you need to be happy. Not only that. I invite anyone who wishes to retrieve the simplicity of the little things, to come to the farm binisaid.

Feeling at home in heaven

The place is charming, in the middle of the countryside of Minorca, and this is its strength but also its weakness. You can only move there by your own means, car or motorcycle whatever it is. For us who come from a big city it was certainly a nice discovery: birds, ricets, leprottes, fresh figs and turkey and a pleasant pool to refresh ourselves if necessary. The rooms are rustic, like the whole structure, but of convenience only the TV is missing. There are refrigerators available to store drinks or other things and corners where you can prepare a coffee rather than the menu. We first went to make it in the nearby kitchen, always reachable by car, but the second we have chosen a very pleasant accommodation.

Yes you will be in nature with a swimming pool except that at the end of the season there are no more customers and the owners do not live on site. So you will just be received for payment and then no one else in this unusual place is 3 or 4 km from any dwelling. You will see a sheep but no farmers and all the dwelling with closed doors. My room was in a room away from the house and was 8 m2 maximum and without a window, this one being in the bathroom! The lunch was the end of the season. A couple had a midnight there, I don't know!

Disappointing and totally unjustified

no cleaning of the room during the stay, no changing of linen and towels. when I asked if they don't clean the room, the answer was "we do not enter inside the room". Very low level of maintenance. the bathroom curtain was filled with mold. when I asked to change the curtain, the answer was "we don't have another curtain". the window was broken and held with scotch tape. better to avoid this place if possible. 
One good thing, on arrival we couldn’t find the place and Joan was kind to come and meet us on the way, shame because with a small effort that could be a nice place

We were welcomed as kings by Magdalena and Sebastian in this charming, typically minority farmhouse. The rooms were simple but pleasant and air-conditioned.

It is excellent.

In this small house lost in the center of this beautiful island of Minorca. Very friendly home of Sebastian and Magdalena. A nice little swimming pool set in the middle of nature. We enjoyed all the amenities offered: simple but coquettish and pleasant little rooms, open living room under the flowered bougainvilleas, laundry extension, small refrigerator...Excellent breakfast buffet served in the back room with beautiful dishes (we bought the same!) with very good charcoal, specialties of Minorca made...by the very smiling Magdalena house who was also able to indicate her good heartbeat for visits and addresses of Minorca!

A dream break... of several nights.

Tranquility in Menorca, with everything necessary, both the facilities in general and the room in particular, the breakfast, the owners, everything perfect!

Had to find a place for our last night in Menorca. Found "Agro Bin". Hosts Dani and Sylie redefine hospitality and focus on keeping their clients happy.
Fantastic home made Italian lunch. We requested fish for the evening; Dani said he would call the fish market  to see what was fresh. Syvie cooked it - wonderful prawns to start and a fantastic baked white fish with potatoes and other mediterranean veg drizzled with a little olive oil. Fantastic.
Good room and the air-con worked well as it was really hot. Simple accommodation but excellent bed and as clean as any hotel. Very comfortable.
Great breakfast - freshly squeezed orange juice; excellent cheese and cold cuts followed by scrambled eggs from their own hens.
Really finished off our trip on a high spot.

Brief Final Day in the Beautiful South of Menorca

Overall, we were fine, especially the first few days when there were few people. Then with the child in the room next door screaming at dawn and the heat rising, the flaws got heavier. Let's start with these: the rooms are very small and really MOOLT spartan. Our, for example (B3) had a small window overlooking the breakfast area, so at 8 o'clock we started to hear a lot of noise.
