The apartments are great, the wedding bed is excellent, the pillows are super comfortable, you don't feel the noise of the cars at all, we stayed in an apartment with its private terrace, it's a pity that it rained a few songs in Madrid that day, but you say the views are great, the location is excellent, La Gran Via de Madrid, the staff is very friendly and always willing, I recommend going with a couple, it's very romantic!

Fully equipped apartments. And very new. In the center of Madrid. it's worth paying a little more and not being in a boarding house. You have an automated parking lot on the side of the hotel. To park there you have to download the parking app and make a reservation. The parking elevator itself leaves you at the entrance of the hotel. next to the theater rialto to see some functionality.

This place is just perfect! 
It is 1min walk to the Callao Metro and the property is located smack on the middle of Gran Via. Primark, Nike, Zara, H&M and United Colours of Bennetton are a stone throw away in addition to the plenty of eateries available nearby. 

More importantly, the staff at this apartment is amazing. Very friendly, and helpful. They speak English fairly well too. Just be mindful that this is not a hotel, hence room service is unavailable. 

When the weather is perfect, do visit the terrace to have an amazing view of Gran Via. 

Airport transfer (20mins) is also available at an additional costs, else you can always rely on the Metro (35mins).

Perfect for family

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Gran Via Capital for 5 days in February 2018. My flight was delayed, so my girlfriend arrived before me. Check-in went smoothly even though the reservation was in my name. I arrived late at night, the reception was extremely friendly. The apartment we had was very large, nice bathroom and very quiet. Fully equipped kitchen was amazing and there was even a nice Nespresso machine. The hotel is on the Gran Via so it is close to everything. We had no complaints, only minus was the cleaning. The apartment needed a good dusting of, but it was not a big issue. The reception was very helpfull and very kind.

The enclave of apartments is great for comfortably moving around the city center.The modern facilities, very clean and complete in terms of the necessities of the apartment and very comfortable.The treatment received by the staff can not be more correct and pleasant, and the staff of each plant is always willing to help you with whatever you need.Of course an accommodation to repeat on future trips to Madrid.

A weekend of theatre in a spectacular accommodation.

I recently visited Gran Via Capital for a two night stay with forty women of a mixed age group. We booked ten apartments and we were very happy with them and our overall experience at the property.

We arrived before check-in due to our flight times and we were pleasantly surprised that six out of ten apartments were ready, this allowed us to leave the luggage and go and explore. The apartments were well equipped and spacious and the staff were really friendly, the roof top is a great bonus to allow a spectacular view over the city. 

I must mention and thank Josh for all his help at guest services for answering questions and researching restaurants and bars for us to go to, with a group of 40 it is really helpful having someone willing to provide assistance. 

The location is very central and surrounded by bars and restaurants close by. I would not hesitate to return to this property nor hesitate in recommending the property in the future.

The infrastructure is top-notch! very modern. clean and pleasant for family time. ideal for the location in the middle of the Gran Vía. I recommend it 100%.Moverse in Madrid is very easy from this location. it sleeps spectacularly!

An excellent place to stay in Madrid.

A hotel with magnificent rooms and facilities, well situated, very comfortable, bright and with exceptional treatment.The feeling is like home.It has a robotic parking with a guard, so you can forget about the car and enjoy the stay.We will repeat without a doubt.
