‏We reserved this hotel for 6 nights in March as a couple .

‏The location is very good near bar street, sea and public transportation but it was noisy.

‏ Room: The size of room was good but the furniture was old with some scratches and stains and the mattress was terrible with a lot of depression on it that was really uncomfortable for sleeping.
‏And the room was not clean, there was hair on pillow in and bedsheets and rubbish on the floor I told to reception then they clean it . The room was not soundproof. Our room was next to service room and every morning we waked up with the hotel workers voice and our neighbor speak so loudly and listen to loud music we can hear their voices until late at night.

‏Breakfast was not so good and they didn’t charge it regularly and they didn’t wait for the ending of breakfast time and collect them before ending time.

Totally it was average hotel.

The hotel is located close to the sea but not very close to the historic centre of the city of Smyrna. It is, however, within walking distance. Recommended

Good accommodation but not very central

The hotel is horrible. It claims to be 5 stars but it is at the level of a 2 star. The hotel is old, the breakfast is the worst I've had in a hotel. the location is bad, it is convenient to stay in KUDASI. In short, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. SAVE your money and go elsewhere. the photos are not real.

Indeed if you’re tourist non of the reception guys or staff speaks english.

Modern and refurbished hotel, excellent quality price, good location, nice and clean room, excellent breakfast, parking on the street, leaving the key at the reception.

From the moment I came to the Hotel and spent two nights, the service was excellent.
The reception staff is professional, with knowledge of the English language.
The room is spacious and very clean.
The air conditioner works flawlessly.
Breakfast, varied, some Turkish food, and something from the European style.
The price is decent and not excessive.
Location near many restaurants and cafeterias.

Service at the Reception - excellent

Very convenient location near the pedestrian street with a bunch of cafes. The hotel itself is on a quiet street. The room had slippers, drinking water. The room was cool, but the air conditioning works great, it warmed up quickly. The beach is nearby.

Comfortable rest

Central location, not far from one of the main streets where you can find shops, restaurants and local places.

Good location

I had to stay in this hotel with my family, a room was given on the last floor with a folded ceiling, so it was impossible to stand upright on one side of the bed, a window in the ceiling, a shelf was set aside for the child, so we had to move the main bed a little bit, used condoms were poured under it. The shelf was set, cabinets for clothes were unable to open. There was no teacup in the room. The sound from the next room was fantastic. The bathroom deserves special attention. The shower room is so dirty that it's just impossible to get in it, the toilet and the bathroom buttons are dirty, the walls and the floors are in the bottom of the toilet, the paper containers are so dirty, the garbage can't be opened on the floor, but I haven't seen the walls of the bathroom for a few hundred months ago.

It's a terrible hotel.

The hotel is so old that it doean’t look clean. I stayed one night and resumed my stay at another hotel. Almost verything about the room needs changing. The bed was comfy. They need urgent renovation!!

A nightmare on the 6th floor. When the hotel is full at the same rate they assign you the rooms on the 6th floor that are definitely the servants' rooms. The absolute degradation, the pictures of the room speak for themselves, the smell of dirty sheet smoke, no window a microtugging. Corridors invaded by chairs and bags of laundry abandoned in addition to the noises, the voices, the way to the servants late night and at 6 in the morning.
