stayed for business purposes, i had quite a few enquiries and all where answered with exceptional professionalism and welcoming manner. i have stayed in quite a number of travelodges and this one is by far the best, made possible by one particular staff member, bev! very impressed with how bev conducted the facility and organised my stay and departure, im

The staff were amazing especially Bev. The room was clean and my stay was lovely. I will definitely be returning. The location is perfect and I had no problem going to sleep. The amenities are right at the door  and the staff are pleasant and do more than asked

Amazing

The rooms are filthy.The carpets are cleaned by a robotic vacuum that doesn’t come within 4 inches of the edge.The bathrooms have mould and the soap dispenser and shower curtain and  ( as the Manager suggested) both need replacing  .The corridor smells of weed.You pay extra for Wi-fi  but it doesn’t work. In a 7 day stay they neither make the bed nor hoover the floor nor clean the bathroom. There isn’t even a toilet brush to clean it yourself. The pillows are like bricks( the manager agreed) so I had to get some from home.2 busy, working people can only have 1 key between them.Totally outrageous to take £495 for 7 nights in a place that should be shut for refurbishment . Totally outrageous to be paying a “cleaner”bearing in mind they only clean when guests leave, nothing while they are there.

Shockingly Awful

My recent stay at this Travelodge was what I'd describe as average. Situated on the outskirts the hotel boasts a convenient location for both business and leisure travellers. While it had its perks, there were some aspects that left me feeling underwhelmed.

Room:
The room I stayed in was clean and adequately furnished, but it lacked the modern amenities I've come to expect from hotels in this price range. The bed was comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep, and the bathroom was clean, although the fixtures seemed a bit dated. The size of the room was sufficient for a solo traveler, but it might feel cramped for those travelling with companions.

Service:
The service was friendly and efficient, with staff members always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. 

Facilities:
The hotel also provides Wi-Fi access, but the connection was spotty at times, making it frustrating to stay connected.

Overall Experience:
In summary, was average. While it served its purpose as a place to rest my head at night, it didn't quite live up to the expectations I had based on its price point and location. With some updates to the room amenities, it has the potential to elevate the guest experience significantly.

A Middle-of-the-Road Hotel Experience

Bathroom ceiling has mould, bathroom is also dirty and covered in limescale, tv isn’t even a smart tv, have to pay extra for wifi…. Windows are filthy, no food either just generally a terrible hotel I would rather sleep in my car would avoid, felt dirty being here it’s very outdated and worn out

Terrible hotel

The hotel is overpriced for the condition is it in. The inside of the hotel is not in good condition and the room could have been cleaner but the bed was comfortable and it was in a very convenient location - free parking was ample and very convenient.

Adequet

I was a little concerned when I arrived due to the close proximity of a main road, however I was surprised, windows closed the traffic noice was minimal and I had a great night sleep!

The place was clean and exactly what you would expect from a travel lodge.

Surprisingly good nights sleep!

The hotel staff were professional and courteous. Sheets were clean and beds were smartle made. Bathrooms were also very hygienic. The reception suggested day activities in and around Littlehampton. I really enjoyed my stay at Travelodge Littlehampton Rustington.

.Wonderful Experience.

This building is very dated, receptionist was friendly enough but the rooms need a good refurb. The shower was very weak and the room was extremely overpriced for what it offered. There was also not enough charging ports. 

Convenient location is the only plus

Staff very helpful thanks to Bev and rest of staff who went out of their way by offering us a room on lower floor as we were staying for five days. Also helped me to access the Internet. We had enjoyable stay.
