Absolutely no complaints, staff very friendly and the stay is organised efficiently! Upon arrival there is a £300 deposit per room however you get this back with no issues at the end of the stay. Fantastic apartment giggled recommend.

Fantastic stay

Shower didn't work, TV didn't work, whole apartment was shabby and dingy. Barely any day light. Bathroom was dirty and bedroom walls filthy. We had someone out to fix the TV 3 times which was a tiny hole in the wall. Do not stay here!

Terrible!!

We arrived here today, 29/12/17. We booked the deluxe apartment. We waited 40 minutes in the hallway of the building for the rep to bring us the key!
The rooms were not at all deluxe, the living area was just acceptable but the bed was disgusting, we found multiple hairs on the sheets and mattress protector, the mattress was thin,springy and stained and the pillows looked awful, there was no chance of us sleeping in that bed so we picked our bags up and left immediately!
We did not read reviews before booking, do not book this place if you want to have a pleasant experience. 
We did not hang around to take pictures and we are now £136 out of pocket!

Awful experience

Stayed here with a family of six.  Maintenance completely lacking. Non working wi-fi or TV reception. Nothing worked , run down and shabby. We were given the wrong keys and were locked out. Do yourself a favour - pay a little bit more and avoid at all costs.

Good location...that's about it

We stayed there for 5 nights Aug 9-14. At check-out the guy promised to refund our disposition a few days later. Almost one month later we still did not receive £200 disposition. After we emailed them they transfered £170 to us claiming that the hair dryer was broken! We did not even see the hair dryer during our stay. We just emailed back and We'll see what they say.

Points of strength: very quiet residential area, very close to the subway, restaurants and supermarket, punctual and available reception staff, fully furnished apartment Points of disadvantage: imperfect bedding, uncomfortable sofa bed, unheated bathroom, decent cleaning. Good value for money compared to the average in London

We arrived in London at ten o'clock and were immediately contracted by the staff to deliver the keys near the Earl's Court subway station.

Birthday gift.

Fantastic remodeled apartment still smelled like fresh paint, as big as one of our houses, the really kind and welcoming owner, really nice apartment in a fantastic location in downtown Kensington, very convenient to transportation, the subway and the bus stop, really a great stay, ideal for families and friends. recommended.

3 days in London

We had apartment 1 on the ground floor the positive points - the apartment is large and well equipped - close to the metro earls short and various restaurants, pubs, supermarkets - the neighborhood is quite class the negative points - the living room sofa very uncomfortable - average cleanliness - we had to pay an extra because arrived after 23:00 (20 pounds/hour sup...attention!)

Excellent location

We stayed two nights and we found the apartment very well, just two little things the bunk bed not top at all and the wifi we were on the top floor and we didn't have the wifi the functional kitchen, the staff very well really thank you very much
